In our Annual Impact Report, we celebrate our achievements in 2021 and look ahead to our work for the coming year. Some of our key highlights from 2021 include:
- Through our Mental Health Accessible programme, working with big high street banks to ensure their services are appropriate for customers with mental health problems.
- Teaming up with a cross-sector coalition to successfully persuade government to tackle online scams as part of its Online Safety Bill.
- Working alongside frontline advisers to stop planned cuts to face-to-face debt advice.
